Allan Jones, Founder and President of Nuclear Brain, oversees the branding and strategic direction of the company, forging relationships with key leaders in the franchise business space. Prior to Nuclear Brain, Allan co-founded Discovery Ice Cream, LLC where he and his team created the world's first robotic ice cream machine. In 2009, Discovery Ice Cream turned to the lucrative market of licensing the robotic machines. He earned his Ph.D. in material science from The University of Akron, and received executive management training from the MIT Sloan School. Allan’s expertise in innovation was nurtured during his executive leadership with two Fortune 500 companies.

Allan has been an active member of the International Franchise Association since 2007.

Kym McLaughlin, Vice President of Nuclear Brain Marketing, is a world-class expert in SEO and PPC website strategies. In 1996, she formed Advanced Internet Marketing, where she offers a deep wealth of insight and experience that has wowed hundreds of her clients. Kym bubbles with creativity and pizzazz, and speaks frequently on the subject of Search and Marketing.

John Wallen, Vice President of Technology. John manages the intricacies of our hosting platforms and technologies. John has been in the computer technology field for 25 years. Prior to joining the Nuclear Brain Team, he held leadership positions with Newmont Mining and Maxus Energy, Sears and Talbots catalog sales, and Alpha Freight logistics. John also started Precision I.T. Consulting in Ohio, a successful company providing network services for small to medium sized businesses.
